SPA EXPERIENCE

Rafﬂes Spa offers a variety of wellness experiences using only the very best in spa products. Choose from a curated menu of massages, body treatments, facials and day spa packages.

SPA ENVIRONMENT

Rafﬂes Spa is a quiet sanctuary. For your peace and privacy, phones and other electronic devices are not permitted. If you wish to receive messages during your time with us, please let our colleagues know.

FEES AND SERVICE CHARGE

All our prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing 9% goods and services tax. Any additional gratuities are at your discretion.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must reschedule or cancel any spa appointments or packages, please notify Rafﬂes Spa. 8 hours in advance for spa treatments and 24 hours in advance for wellness/ﬁtness appointments. Missed appointments or no shows are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.

SPA ARRIVAL AND ETIQUETTE

We recommend you arrive 45 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy the hydrothermal facilities and ensure your treatment starts on time. Guests are advised to shower before using the vitality pool and to wear appropriate bathing suits at all times. Please note that the hydrothermal experiences are not recommended for expectant mothers and young teenagers. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience. To make any changes to your appointment, please contact Rafﬂes Spa.

HYDROTHERMAL FACILITIES

Access to the Hydrothermal facilities at Rafﬂes Spa is complimentary with a minimum 60 minute treatment booking. Guests are advised to shower before using the vitality pool and to wear appropriate bathing suits at all times. Access of Spa facilities is complimentary with a minimum 60 minutes treatment booking or at a 1- hour day use rate of $100 per guest.

FITNESS CENTRE

The Rafﬂes Fitness Centre offers all you need to refresh your senses. Enjoy your personal workout on some of the latest gym equipment including Technogym treadmills and elliptical equipment, free weights and gym balls. Access is exclusive for hotel guests 24 hours a day.

PERSONAL MATTERS

Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a Lifestyle Consultation form upon arrival, so we may better customise your experience to suit your needs.

SPA ATTIRE

You will receive a robe and sandals to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. Jewellery and valuables are advised to be kept either in your suite at Rafﬂes Singapore or in the safety of your residence.

GIFT VOUCHER TREATMENT PACKAGES

Treatment packages are valid for twelve (12) months. Prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing 9% goods and services tax. Upon receipt of prepayment for a treatment package, the certiﬁcate of insurance will be issued by email.
