In collaboration with Space2B Singapore, discover a community on a mission to share a deeper understanding of Basic Pilates in our tranquil space. This programme is structured to surround the basic principles of Pilates which includes control, concentration, centering and breathing.
Our approach to total well-being and self-discovery seeks to fuse the art and science of modern techniques with the wisdom of ancient traditions, in order to attain a deeper level of emotional, mental and physical balance.
Time: 6.30pm to 7.30pm

What to Bring
Participants are encouraged to be in comfortable workout attire. Please bring along your personal yoga mats and towels. You may rent a yoga mat at a supplement of $5nett from the Spa Concierge. Complimentary bottled water will be provided. Mosquito repellent is also recommended.
Spa facilities inclusive of lockers are available for use at $50nett and are subject to availability. The 60-minutes admission is valid from 5:30pm to 6:30pm prior to the scheduled Wellness Wednesday session.
