Mindful Tai Chi


In collaboration with Space2B Singapore. discover a community on a mission to share a deeper understanding of Tai Chi in our tranquil space. The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi is designed to give you strength of mind, body and spirit. We will show you how to harness its health benefits through the different poses as you practice relaxation, concentration, and mindfulness. 

Time: 9.30am to 10.30am
Venue: The Lawn, Raffles Hotel Singapore. 

Cancellation/Arrival Policy

Programme fees are non-refundable and only date changes will be allowed more than 24 hours before the session begins. Registration starts 6.30pm at Raffles Spa. For any booking-related enquiries, kindly call 6412 1377 or email rafflesspa.singapore@raffles.com.
What to Bring

Participants are encouraged to be in comfortable workout attire. Please bring along your personal yoga mats and towels. You may rent a yoga mat at a supplement of $5nett from the Spa Concierge. Complimentary bottled water will be provided. Mosquito repellent is also recommended.

Shower Facilities

Spa facilities inclusive of lockers are available for use at $50nett and are subject to availability. The 60-minutes admission is valid from prior to the scheduled wellness session.
